Venue Rental Terms
A 50% non-refundable payment is required to book the space with the balance due 30 days after first payment.. Full payment is due to book the space for event dates less than 30 days away. Payments to reserve the space are NON- REFUNDABLE. Any specials or promotions must be paid in full NO EXCEPTIONS
A $250 alcohol fee added for events with alcohol.
Tax is not included.
7% Credit Card/ Debit Card Fee added to invoice

Additional chairs and tables are charged to client week or week of event
