  • HOW DO I SCHEDULE A TOUR OF AT LAST VENUE?
    Tour are scheduled through our venue rates page.
  • HOW DO I BOOK MY DATE?
    Dates are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Your date is reserved once a contract is signed, and payment is made.
  • DO YOU ALLOW ALCOHOL?
    We do allow alcohol, with the following protocols to ensure your guests’ safety in place: There is a $250 Alcohol Fee Beer, Wine, and a signature pre mixed cocktail allowed (no hard liquor.) A licensed and insured bartender must dispense alcohol. No cash bar allowed. A security officer must be present during alcohol service. At Last staff will line up security according to your timeline, at the rate of $250. Included on your invoice. Alcohol may be served for no longer than 3 hours, and the bar must close 30 minutes prior to the end of reception. NO SELF SERVE ALCOHOL AT ANY POINT. THIS WILL RESULT IN THE LOST OF THE DAMAGE WAIVER BEING RETURNED
  • IS AN ON SITE COORDINATOR INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL FEE?
    Yes, an on-site coordinator is included in your rental fee at At Last Events & Co., ensuring that your event runs smoothly and according to plan. Our coordinator will be available to guide you through the planning process, answer any questions you may have, and provide recommendations based on their extensive experience with event planning. On the day of your event, they will be on-site to oversee all aspects of the event. Our goal is to provide you with a stress-free and unforgettable event, and the on-site coordinator is an important part of that effort. They will work closely with you to create a customized plan, tailored to your specific needs and preferences, ensuring that your event is a seamless success.
  • CAN I BRING IN MY OWN VENDORS?
    We are opened to allowing our guest to bring in their own vendors. All vendors must provide COI two weeks before event.
  • WHAT IS THE LATEST I CAN HOST AN EVENT AT THE VENUE?
    Events can be keeped until 1AM at the venue. Guest must be out of the venue by 12PM
  • CAN I HAVE HOOKAH AT MY EVENT?
    YES! A $250 Hookah fee will be added to the invoice. Anything other than Hookah smoked in the venue will result in the lost of deposit and an instant $200 Clean Up Fee
  • ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE VENEUE?
    NO LARGE ANIMALS NO FIRE OR FLAME BREATHING NO CONFETTI BLASTERS NO Noxious Plants
  • WHAT IS THE CAPACITY?
    The capacity of the building is 100 guest seated. The venue only provides you with the arrangement to accommodate 100 guest.
  • WHAT DOES IT COST TO RENT THE VENUE?
    Pricing for the space rental can be found under the venue rates tap.
  • ARE PAYMENTS REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE?
    At Last Events & Co. has a strict no refund policy. Once a venue or event is booked and payment is made, it is non-refundable. This policy is in place because At Last Events & Co. reserves each venue exclusively for the time of the event, which means that once a venue is booked, it is no longer available to others. Therefore, cancellations often result in lost business opportunities for At Last Events & Co. and its partners. However, if a customer provides a cancellation notice with at least 14 days' notice, At Last Events & Co. can offer a credit towards another event or venue booking within six months of the original booking date. Please note that this credit is subject to availability and final approval by At Last Events & Co. Any request for a refund will be denied.
  • IS OUTSIDE FOOD PERMITTED?
    Yes, outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted. The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  • WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED FROM THE VENUE?
    Confetti, glitter, paint bombs, slime, deep fryers, cook tops and open flames are not permitted. Nothing is permitted on the walls. You may hang items from the ceiling rafters and available hooks. EVERYTHING MUST BE REMOVED AFTER EVENT.
  • What type of payments do you accept?
    At Last Events & Co. accepts various forms of payment, including cash, Zelle, and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to payment methods, so we strive to make the transaction process as convenient for our clients as possible. .
