Venue Rental Terms
A 50% non-refundable payment is required to book the space with the balance due 30 days prior to your event. Full payment is due to book the space for event dates less than 30 days away. Payments to reserve the space are NOT REFUNDABLE.
Please Note that all Packages are Subject to a $750 Planner & Design Fee
A $350 refundable security deposit is required. The security deposit covers any damage, breach of contract and overtime charges. Tax is not included. There is a 20% gratuity added for any party package.
